How do we collect your information?
We collect your personal information through different means, but you will always be informed at the time of collection by means of information clauses about the data controller, the purpose and legal basis of the processing, the recipients of the data and the retention period of your information, as well as how you can exercise the rights you have in data protection matters.

For personnel management and recruitment, we collect academic and professional data in order to meet the obligations arising from maintaining the employment relationship or, where appropriate, to consider you for inclusion in our workforce.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At ideaWeb we collect and process your personal information in general to manage the relationship we maintain with you. The main purposes we have identified are the following:

Keeping you informed about events, offers, products, and services that may be of interest to you through different communication channels, provided that you have given your consent

Data retention
At ideaWeb we only retain your information for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, comply with the legal obligations imposed on us, and address any possible liabilities that may arise from fulfilling the purpose for which the data were collected.

In any case, as a general rule, we will keep your personal information while there is a contractual relationship that binds us or you do not exercise your right to erasure and/or restriction of processing, in which case the information will be blocked and not used beyond its conservation, while it may be necessary for the exercise or defence of claims or some type of liability that must be addressed.
Data disclosure
In general, at ideaWeb we do not share your personal information, except for those disclosures that we must make based on imposed legal obligations.
We will not transfer your personal data to any third-party company intending to use them for direct marketing actions, except if you have expressly authorised us to do so, nor do we carry out data transfers to third countries.
Although it does not constitute a data disclosure, in order to provide the requested service it may be necessary for third-party companies acting as our suppliers to access your information to carry out the service we have contracted. These processors access your data following our instructions and may not use them for a different purpose, while maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
Likewise, your personal information will be available to Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the processing.
International data transfers
There are no international transfers of your data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
With our suppliers we have agreed that, for the provision of the contracted service, they will use servers located within the EEA and if, in the future, we need to use servers located outside the EU, appropriate measures will be adopted, which will be incorporated into this Privacy Policy, guaranteeing that such providers are covered by the Privacy Shield agreement or that other appropriate safeguards exist.
User responsibility
By providing us with your data through electronic channels, the user guarantees that he or she is over 14 years of age and that the data provided to ideaWeb are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. For these purposes, the user confirms that he or she is responsible for the veracity of the data provided and will keep such information duly updated so that it reflects his or her real situation, being responsible for any false or inaccurate data provided, as well as for any damages, direct or indirect, that may result.
Data subject rights
Data protection regulations allow you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability and to object to and restrict processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where appropriate.

If the request is submitted by electronic means, the information will be provided by the same means where possible, unless you request otherwise
If ideaWeb does not act on the request, it will inform you, no later than one month, of the reasons for its inaction and the possibility of lodging a complaint with a Supervisory Authority

In both cases, you must prove your identity by enclosing a photocopy or, where applicable, a scanned copy of your ID card or equivalent document so that we can verify that we only respond to the data subject or their legal representative, in which case proof of representation must also be provided.
Likewise, and especially if you consider that you have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, we inform you that you may lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority by contacting, for these purposes, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid.
